Happiness Challenge Day Two

So this is today's challenge:

"So make an effort today to choose carefully what you put in your mouth; engage in some form of activity (even if it’s just going for a walk); take some time to relax; and/or get to bed nice and early to ensure adequate sleep."

Well, I decided that since its a beautiful, cool rainy night I'd get a nice restful night's sleep.
